NEW! TILEMAP TO TILESET ONLINE!
Click me to go to the online version
A simple program that lets you split your tilemaps or any other image into its unique
tiles.
>----Explanation----<
The program itself is pretty self explanatory, before you can start tiling your image, you need to select an input image thats it.
In the Settings Menu you can find a few different options:
1. You can choose the tile dimensions but the tile sizes must be compatible withe the dimensions of your input image, so your image has to be divisible by your tile dimensions, for example:
O This works: 128px X 256px | width: 16px height: 32px
X This doesn't: 128px X 256px | width: 11px height: 19px
2. With the printing mode switch, you can choose if you either want, every tile as an image or if you want one single tileset
3. With the sorting mode switch you can sort the tiles by red, green or blue (WIP)
4. With the mirror mode switch, every tile gets rotated 3 timest to check if there are any duplicates just in another rotation, it takes longer but you might get fewer tiles
Then just press start!
>----Todo----<
-
A spacing setting that lets you choose a spacing between every tile, so that you could have a 1px thick grid
-
Isometric Mode that prints out isometric tiles
I am very thankful for all your feedback and suggestions!
